I completed my order. Where can I download my products?

Products are downlaoded at the dowloadable product page of your account.

The store also emails completed order reciepts product descriptions and their download links, please check your spam filter settings if you did not recieve this.

Please Create a Support Ticket if you download is not working or linked to the wrong product. Selecting the product you are having a problem with in the Ticket Creation form will allow us to quickly solve the problem.

For purchases from the original PoserWorld store (purchases prior to October 2018) we have a easy process gain access to these downloads and rebuild your legacy PoserWorld product library in your new account here.

We created a youtube video demonstrating how to download, extract and install a Poser runtime product from PoserWorld.

I purchased from the old Poserworld store prior to 10/2018. Can I get the product download links added to my new account?

Poserworld legacy site customers: Dream Cutter and VanishingPoint are now operating PoserWorld. We aquired the store and products from the founders in Oct 2018. We upgraded the site and if any legacy customer would like to re-add the products purchased from the legacy site we will make it easy with 3 simple steps. 

1 Register for the new store, to create an account so we can re-add the products to your product library.

2. Browse the store, just add your old products to your wishlist

3. Please create a support ticket and refrence your email address used on the old site and we will attempt to validate your wishlist against our old systems data.

Support tickets are managed in your account page. Once approved we will add the products to your new PoserWorld product library and update the support ticked with the results.

I am a lifetime PoserWorld Club Member, can I still access the downloads?

Yes.  The PoserWorld member download site is restored at 3dfig.com. Create a Support Ticket if you have trouble logging in. We are working to update the club site before opening up for new membership.  Internet Explorer and Chrome browsers work best with this site,  Soon we will be migrating the download items to the new store, and grant members a better method to access the product downloads.  Original membership terms will be honored.  Any  lifetime member who has  had privalages revoked under the prior administration please create a support ticket and we will get you fixed up.
