X-Seed 4000 for Poser 5 and above

X-Seed 4000 Tallest Skyscraper building prop runtime content for Poser and DAZ 3D Studio.  The X-Seed 4000 is the tallest building ever fully envisioned. Its proposed 4km (2.5 mi) height, 6km (3.7 mi) wide sea-base, and 800-floor capacity could accommodate 500,000 to 1,000,000 inhabitants. This structure would be composed of over 3,000,000 tons of reinforced steel.  It was designed for Tokyo, Japan by the Taisei Corporation in 1995 as a futuristic environment combining ultra-modern living and interaction with nature. Methods of transportation within the X-seed would most likely include MagLev trains.
Some estimate that the cost to construct the X-Seed 4000 structure may be somewhere between US$300–900 billion, in 2006 dollars ($1.75 trillion in 2024).

This architectural marvel isn't just tall, it's also a self-contained ecosystem. With 800 floors, it could house half a million to a million people, complete with schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and even ski slopes at the top.  It would be a mega engineering feat to make this dream a reality., especially since the X-Seed 4000 is reinforced to withstand earthquakes, tsunamis, and the wrath of Mother Nature herself. It's like building a giant, floating mountain, with a steel base thicker than a dozen skyscrapers stacked on top of each other.  The vision is  to create the ultimate symbol of human ingenuity and ambition as the X-Seed 4000 would be a testament to our ability to dream big and build even bigger. • Poser prop (obj, pp2/ png) with with approx 100,028 polygons.
• Colorized using texture and bump maps, at 2048x2048 pixels.

Directions (Poser):
Extract the files into the specified folders:
Put the obj files into Runtime\Geometries\Digimation\architecture
Put the pp2/ png (prop files) into Runtime\Libraries\Props\Digimation-Architecture
Put the jpg files (textures) into Runtime\Textures\Digimation\XSeedTokyo

Using the prop:
1) Start Poser.
2) Go to the Props > Digimation-Architecture Library
3) Add the item to your scene.

Note:

Model Size: 
1) Due to the massive size of the real building, this model NOT sized to the scale of the Poser people. 
You'll need to use the use the parameter dials (scale) to scale to the desired size for your scene. 

2) This model was designed for medium to long-distance shots. Because of this, some textures may look blurry or pixelated when viewed close-up.
