Quick Question ?

This digital model is based on the design of the "second generation" version, sold from 1968-1972.

The 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle, a true icon of the American muscle car era! This beauty was part of the second generation of Chevelles, which started in 1968 and lasted until 1972. The 1972 model year saw some minor design changes, including a new grille and new parking lights mounted on the leading edges of the fenders. The base Chevelle consisted of the sport coupe and 4-door sedan, and one notable change was the introduction of a suspended accelerator instead of the hinged one at the bottom. The Chevelle represented a shift in the muscle car market. The early 1970s were a time of change for the automotive industry, with stricter emissions regulations and rising fuel prices. The Chevelle, with its powerful V8 engines and sleek design, was a symbol of the muscle car era, even as it began to decline.  Even so, the 1972 Chevelle was released with the final inclusion of the Heavy Chevy package, which was basically the economy version of the SS. This package allowed buyers to get a Chevelle with any of the V8 engines, except the 454, which was exclusive to the SS. This was important because it gave buyers more options and helped to keep the Chevelle relevant in a changing market, a legendary muscle car leaving its mark during turbulent times in the detroit automotive industry.

Red (Cranberry), Black and Green (Turquoise) Multi-Mats included.
