3D Architectural & Building Model | DAZ 3D Building Models

This update contains a set of decking to go with the table and chairs already posted, the set comes with weather beaten texture as well as the one shown. The table and chairs and an umbrella here are also available.

The 3D movie theater building model for Poser and DAZ Studio has doors that open (movements set) and well detailed textures. Perfect for any urban or old town street scene. The movie poster boxes have glass fronts and have enough for you to create and put your own posters in them.

The 3D retail store building model for Poser and DAZ Studio has door open movements, the interior is textured and the sign and sidewalk can be removed if needed. The window textures can be removed and then make the windows transparent to use the interior.

The 3D satellite TV dish models set for Poser and DAZ Studio contains a post (yard) mounted antenna and a roof mount antenna, the roof mounted dish has a movement to rotate the antenna in the mounting bracket.

This set contain 10 models, they are ready to load as they look in the render but can be moved or used in other scenes. This model took 15 hours to complete

The 3D log home model for Poser and DAZ Studio, has a textured / usable interior and the door has an open movement. Textures include BUMP and NORMAL (height) maps. The BUMP maps are applied by default.

This model took 12 hours to model and texture.

The 3D hardware store building model for Poser and DAZ Studio, does have doors that open and the interior can be used (interior not texture, included texture is marked so you can texture the interior). The glass can also be made cleat (no texture). This model took 8 hours to model and texture.

The 3D complete bungalow house model for Poser and DAZ Studio has 34 door movements (entrance, interior room, kitchen cabinets and shower doors). The roof can be removed or hidden for better camera angles and easier adding of furniture and other items. The yard may also be hidden or removed if need. Contains over 90 megabytes of highly detailed textures. This model loads quickly in both Poser and DAZ Studio.

This model took over 200 hours to model and texture.

The 3D modular apartment is a single unit model for Poser and DAZ Studio. They can be set side by side and across from each other to create a larger scene. All of the doors open and close (except the showers). The roof, ceiling, inner / outer perimeter walls can be hidden for better camera angles. The outside models and yard can also be hidden if needed. The interior and exterior can be used.
