3D modular city street corner and intersection models in Poser 3D model format.

The 3D city street dining scene for Poser and DAZ Studio contains three food related buildings. All of the tables, chairs, trash cans and dumpster can be moved as needed. Everything is parented to the street section in front of the ice cream shop. Everything shown is included.

A 3D claw foot tub mechanical model in FBX 3D model format. Contains 14,784 polygons.

The 3D model is in FBX 7.1 3D format (2011 binary, embedded textures). FBX format 3D models import seamless into Unity 3D, Lightwave, 3ds max, Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, Shade, Modo, iClone, and other 3D modeling software that supports FBX 7.1 file format imports. Most 3D software created since 2011 should import the 7.1 binary format without any issues.

The 3D cleaning product models in Poser 3D model format contains a carry-all, four cleaning product containers, a sponge and a sponge on a handle. All items are parented to the carry-all and may be used independently of each other.

A classy coat dress for DAZ Victoria 4. It has movement morphs and a skirt handle to help pose the dress. The dress is also packed full of styling morphs such as, Plunging neckline, Undon, Tight sleeves, One less button, Undo top and many more. The dress is fully conforming but can also be used as a hybrid in the cloth room, full details are in the readme file.

The 3D coffee bag and condiment container models in Poser 3D model format have well detailed textures. The creamer and sweetener container lids can be removed as needed.
