There are texture templates in the texture folder so that the sign can be changed to suit your needs. This model took 15 hours to model and texture and is a Poser World member requested model.

The 3D above ground pool model for Poser and DAZ Studio has a parented ladder that may be moved or removed as needed. The trim around the outside gral area is lower than the gravel plane so that the pool can be places on a ground or grass plane and the ground will not poke through the gravel around the pool.
