The 3D modular picket fence model for Poser and DAZ Studio has a movement to open the gate and includes the gate section, picket section and a single post. The color of the fence and hinges can be easily changed.

The 3D modular wrought iron fence model for Poser and DAZ Studio has a gate the opens and handle that turns. The set contains a fence section, a gate section and a single post so that you may configure the fence to suit your needs. There are BUMP maps as well, however they are not applied by default.

The 3D city water tower model for Poser and DAZ Studio is ready to go into any scene, render or animation. Texture templates are included in the textures folder.

The module stone pavement props are not your ordinary stone pavement, each stone is a separate polygon so that the textures are more randomized and will give a more realistic look. There are 3 modular sections. We have a sidewalk with curbing/edging, a square stone pavement section with offsets and a square stone pavement section with no offsets.

Includes three textures with bump maps and for those that like normal maps we have included those as well.

The 3D coffee shop building model for Poser and DAZ Studio is a façade model and includes well detailed textures. Perfect for an old town or old city street scene.

An old fashioned British red phone box, the door opens and there is an extra phone prop so you can have a figure using the phone.

The 3D Old West post office model has a door and lock that move. Perfect for any old western town or historical scene. The interior is textured as well.

This model took 7 hours to model and texture.

The 3D Discount City building model for Poser and DAZ Studio, has doors that open and closed. The Window glass textures can be changed to transparent and there is a basic interior included.

To change the glass to transparent, remove the glass texture from each window and door glass and make a Poser glass shader and apply it. There is also a interior texture template if you wish to modify and/or use the interior.

This model took eight hours to model and texture.

The railing set contains 4 models, a single straight railing, a group of 4, a left corner and a right corner so you can make railings as small or large as you need.
