This is a 3D Poser figure not a prop for Poser and DAZ Studio. Everything is tied to the cords "center" section. There are 14 sections that can be moved as needed. There is a morph to shorten the cord, however the shorter the cord the more sensitive are the movements for each     section. The cord and metal prong colors can be changed easily to suit your needs.

The 3D road model safety set for Poser and DAZ Studio contains a road barrier, a rubber safety barrel with flasher light, a traffic cone and a modular pedestrian barrier. The pedestrian barrier has an (on Y rotate) axis set on the left lock ring to allow you to turn the barrier more easily and align with other barrier sections.
